- Wood can warp if it is stored in a very humid environment.
- It burns if it is directly exposed to a flame.
- It is therefore recommended to keep them dry , away from a direct heat source.

Are these recipes historically accurate?

Each recipe was developed using documented historical sources and verifiable archaeological data for the following periods:

- Middle Ages : the recipes are based on culinary manuscripts from this period and their detailed analyses.
- 1930s : selection of popular recipes, steeped in regional traditions and later listed in French cookbooks .
